The exhibition coincides with the key window of the comprehensive upgrade of Australia's plastic ban policy, with Western Australia, South Australia and other states formally implementing new regulations from September 1, 2024, banning plastic products including takeaway container lids, bulk food bags, disposable food containers, etc., and only exempting substitutes certified to the Australian composting standard AS4736.
Enterprise hardcore strength: 120,000-ton intellectual manufacturing base empowers global green substitution
Global Top Capacity Configuration: Relying on the 120,000-ton fully automated production base, Luzhou Pack realizes the whole process of intelligent production from bagasse raw material treatment to finished product packaging. The base adopts self-developed intelligent control system, and the average daily production capacity exceeds 3 million pieces, which can meet the demand for replacement of food and beverage packaging in the whole region of Australia.
All products are made of 100% pure plant fiber, with bagasse as the core raw material, completely free of plastic components, with 90-day natural degradation performance certified by AS4736 composting standard in Australia, and with a carbon footprint 78% lower than that of traditional plastics.
Exhibition Direct: Australian buyers' green order wave live recording
On the Foodservice & Hospitality Week show floor,Luzhou Pack triggered professional buyers' enthusiasm for cooperation through experiential scenarios:
Policy Adaptation Lab: The Sugar Cane Pulp Container Lid and Bulk Food Bag Kit developed for the new WA regulations attracted many on-site factory inspection invitations. The kit passed the compression test (5kg load bearing) and sealing validation, and is a perfect alternative to plastic solutions.
Visualization of degradation efficiency: A video comparing the degradation of sugarcane pulp tableware and traditional PLA products in a home composting environment (30 days vs 180 days) was played on a loop, receiving more than 100 inquiries in three days.
From the spotlight of Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center to the morning light of Sydney Harbor, from the roar of machinery in the 120,000-ton intelligent factory to the technological innovations in the laboratory - Luzhou Pack is using sugarcane fibers as the sharp edge to write the future chapter of China-Australia green trade.
Every time cutlery from Luzhou Pack degrades in Australian soil, and every time a local restaurant completes an eco-friendly transformation, it is a shared investment in a sustainable future. We look forward to working with our Australian partners to turn green dining from an alternative to a necessity, and to make the earth breathe lighter with every breath.
